Both apps do the vial math

Pep AI advertises reconstitution calculations, remaining doses and reorder timing. Its recent release notes also describe syringe units beside scheduled doses once water amounts are entered.

Claritide shows the draw mark from your vial’s strength and planned dose, with each vial keeping its own concentration. Logging a dose updates the amount left. For someone moving between vials with different strengths, having that information attached to the right vial matters more than a long feature list.

Meal logging is a real difference

Pep AI includes meal scans, saved meals and nutrition tracking. If replacing a separate food app is part of your decision, those are useful features to compare.

Claritide puts your weight, check-ins, side effects and photos alongside your dose history, with simple protein, water and fibre tracking. Keep a food app you already like and use Claritide for the injection routine. Meal scanning and full meal logs are not part of Claritide.

An app without AI chat

Claritide is built to help you follow and record the plan you already have. Its calculations use your inputs, and its progress views use your log. Pep AI’s current listing introduces Arlo for educational questions; Claritide keeps the daily routine free of AI chat.

The privacy labels also differ. Pep AI discloses identifiers under Apple’s tracking category; Claritide lists none in that category. This is about cross-company tracking as Apple defines it. Both apps still handle data, and a privacy label is a developer disclosure rather than an independent audit.
