Peptide stacks

Common combinations, what supports them and what Claritide will not publish.

Goal

Vial format

The Playbook is explicit that stacking is the least evidence-based part of this field, and that the popular online protocols were assembled by people with something to sell. So every stack here leads with its evidence verdict rather than burying it.

Refused

Stacks we will not publish

Two protocols circulate widely enough that finding nothing here would read as an oversight. They are named, with the reason. Saying why we will not publish something is part of the job.

Dual-Axis Recomp

Retatrutide + tesamorelin + MOTS-c + intramuscular L-carnitine + intramuscular NAD+

This is the most dangerous single protocol we found. It traces to one site, whose own self-assessment of its evidence is "mechanistic inference" and "field observation". It publishes intramuscular NAD+ at 50–200 mg two to three times a week and intramuscular L-carnitine at 200–500 mg five to seven times a week with no safety source attached to either, and a retatrutide dose of 0.3 mg, below the lowest dose ever tested in a human. Five compounds, one source, no safety data, and one dose that does not correspond to any study.

Circulates from peptidefox.com.

Bioregulator / Khavinson Longevity Stack

Epitalon + Thymalin + GHK-Cu, with variants

No source gives doses for any multi-compound bioregulator protocol. Our existing Longevity Stack is a more conservative member of the same family and is defensible as it stands; adding a second, vaguer version of it would publish uncertainty as though it were a protocol.

No single source publishes it; the versions circulating disagree with each other.

These records are free here and stay free. Running one of them, with the schedule, the vials and the log, happens in the app: Claritide for iPhone.
